Liz started practicing yoga when she suffered from lower back pain 19 years ago and has never had problems with her back since. She stuck with yoga as a regular form of exercise, not because she's particularly fit, flexible, sporty or interested in maintaining a particular body shape, but because it has always improved her mood.
After time on the yoga mat she always feels better, more relaxed and at ease than at the start of a session. This is why she finally took the step of training to be a yoga teacher. Please come and join Liz if you would like to pause for breath in your busy life and would like to increase your flexibility and iron out any specific niggles you may have. Ability to bend into pretzel shapes and touch your toes are not a requirement. Her one to one or two to one classes can be arranged directly with Liz; and classes are tailor made, so from beginners to advanced are catered for.
Book a session by using the contact form or contacting Liz on:

Liz also runs larger yoga classes locally in Bermondsey. Check out her 'Make it to the Mat' website here too.

Andy came into counselling, following an 8 year career in insurance, after realising that much pain in his life had come from being misunderstood, not seen, and having his experiences denied. It led to feelings of intense stress, confusion, and isolation. He found it incredibly healing to sit with someone who did see him, understood, and connected with him in a genuine way. When he's in that kind of relationship he feels empowered and more able to find his own way out.
He now wishes to offer that same experience and quality of relating to help you.
He holds a Person Centred Counselling Diploma and a Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma and has worked in three schools, an NHS clinic, and a low-cost therapy clinic.
He is an accredited and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and works to their ethical guidelines.
Please call or email Andy to set up an initial free 20 minute session to see if you can both work together and then organise follow up regular 1 hour sessions.
